Claims

Please use the following buttons to create claims for Personal Injury, Property, and Worker's Compensation.

Create a claim for personal injury. These claims will be processed by the University and will be used for reimbursements due to personal injury. These reimbursements will be, but not limited to medical, emergency medical, and prescription medication bills due to personal injury while on the job.

Create a claim for property. These claims will be processed by the University and will be used for reimbursements due to University property loss/theft. These reimbursements will be limited to loss/theft of University property such as laptops and laboratory equipment.
Create a claim for worker's compensation. These claims will be processed by the University and will be used seek worker's compensation benefits. These benefits will be limited to incidents while on the job that would cause an employee to be unable to work for a period of time.
